Insomnia

Things are going mostly well atm, new place is good, I'm saving money and feeling a little less driven to damage myself with intoxicating things.

But as an example of a problem I'm having now, I haven't slept since 1am, and got to bed around 10:30. Except for Sunday night (I was staying with a good friend, nicer bed, and better company than myself) this has been the way of things for the past few weeks. While it's not as bad as full blown, can't sleep at all insomnia, it's messing me up badly. Any tips on how to beat this most heinous of bed bugs?
